BakgatJaco son down
« on: September 28, 2020, 05:52:46 pm »
Hi Dogs,

For those of you that don't know yet. Their trip to Verneukpan ended in tragedy. Zander fell on the pan, and broke both femurs, and 4 vertebrae in his neck.

Seems he is now paralyzed from the neck down.

Our prayers and thoughts go out to them

I'm pissing through my eyes again typing this, as our kids have grown up together. (me & Jaco been mates since 1990)

Ai, that's heartbreaking, don't know them but will keep the family in my prayers.
It's the end of the road as we know it and I feel fine.

Jaco, my innige wens dat jul krag sal kry om hierdie ding te hanteer, en my beste wense aan Zander tydens hierdie moeilike tyd.

Ek en my vrou hou julle in ons gedagtes, en vertrou dat tyd, soos so dikwels, julle sorge gaan wegneem.
