Just developed another leak in the weep hole. The bike is on 158 000km and I have now replaced the waterpump 5 times and the seals about 8 times. I think I am changing the pump and seals almost every 5 or 10k km now at the end.
I am going to buy another waterpump kit today, but I think I will have to try fix this problem properly.

When I open it up today, I will try check if the hole in the clutch cover is perfectly round and whether there is any sideways play. Any play will make the impeller shaft wobble which will make the seals eat into the shaft quickly.

It has been talked about on the f650 site about perhaps fitting a sealed bearing on the coolant side instead of a seal -> https://faq.f650.com/FAQs/Water_Pump_Seal_Repair_FAQ.htm#WATERPUMP%20DISCUSSION

Has anyone tried this before? I suppose the bearing will have a hard time lubricating as it has no access to the oil and the one side is exposed to the coolant.

I found the correct size bearing with a quick google here (https://www.vxb.com/16000-2RS-Sealed-Bearing-10x26x7-p/16000-2rs.htm), but its in California!

I will try and ask BMG or Bearing Net for some advice.
