Sorry to hear FMuzzy,

but scenario 3 (mine, real) is (without detail) that 'someone' is paying me & many others a substantial amount every month until his debts are redeemed, otherwise he goes (will go!) to jail.
The difference perhaps is who is/was suing, the state in my case, and it is for these little details why I suggest Chris gets proper advice  ;)


Bottom line here is the law does work, it just needs applied correctly!

I agree with Fuzzy - the law with regards to financial crimes is fucken toothless in my opinion

I got well and truly fucked by a fraudster posing as a 74 year old woman who knowingly and consciously defrauded me in a residential lease situation that ended up costing me 400k , 3 years and 12 court appearances while absolutely nothing happened to her

A lead pill is what should have been administered
