Another Stolen Bike
« on: June 29, 2021, 01:38:35 pm »
Hi, had a break-in this morning and 2 dirt bikes got stolen out of my garage in Harties. One was recovered in Diepsloot pretty fast when the rider stalled it and then ran away when the police came, slightly damaged but otherwise fine. The one that remains missing is  KTM 250 EXC R from 2006. On a different subject also 4 mountain bike disappeared of which 2 are rare: Kona Stinky Deluxe downhill bike and Ibis Mojo SL carbone xc bike.

On a different note, does anybody know if a pure dirt bike, not road legal, considered part of the household or as a vehicle?

It would have to be specified in the contract.

Motor vehicles and their accessories are generally excluded under the household contents policy.
