Shoo, a little jaunt down the road can become quite eventful.   Thanks for sharing and happy healing

Nice to have met you and your partner... Well done on doing this ride.

Also loved the comment of your partner when we stopped for tea in Losskop she sees the black tea and immediately says "Hey where did they get that from, I also want one"   :imaposer: :imaposer: :imaposer:

I used to be indecisive, but I'm not so sure anymore

Thanks guys for a super out ride - a looong Sat outing 07:30 to 18:00!  ;D

The back roads were great and the scenery superb - the jeep track section near Rietfontein was lekka; view around the dam awesome; the rain on the way back a little hectic! :o

Hope the missus is giving Plottie special love and attention for his healing!! :D

+1 000 to all the above.

Thank you: to Ryperd and Funacide that shared the front running, Plothond and Jaghond shared the responsibility to keep the runts with the pack.

JaBa explaining how to wheelie a Transalp   :imaposer:
:o Ja... Lekke to laugh afterwards

Ryperd, after a while of sitting at 100km in the rain I figured that if you went a bit faster  the visor clears easier...
After filling up in Dullstroom and a few K's on dirt afterwards up to the Middelburg Shell, Funacide guarantee that I would make P'town concerning fuel. Leaving I kept the speed at approx 140. Rain came in and dropped to 100 but the visor "collected" the water. Picked up and eventually, keeping fuel and rain in mind settle for 130 uphill and 140 down. Then  :o.. just passed Bronkies, Mielie fields on left dammed up almost level with the road. a split second thought: water over the surface, doing 140 ... This was the only scare I got before anything happened, nothing however did. It was only the mind tricks. I did take a chance that could have ended badly.  :(
All the other scares for the day only came after the fact, and there were a few.
