I'm up in the berg at the moment but am normally based in ballito. would be glad to show a bit of that area.

Where you based

Howzit bushclown, i'm based up at Dragon peaks at the moment. I met ianb at the park today and he told me that you are based pretty close. Keen to show me some local roads? :ricky:

Any time

BTW...I'm told that there's a sort of "open day" next Saturday at the Triumph/Kawa dealer...Gateway/Umhlanga. Can test ride all sorts of bikes...ok, you're saying what can they offer to a dual sport bike rider...sure, agreed, but I wouldn't mind taking a ZX14 or  Daytona for a little spin! >:D

Can anyone confirm this?

Grand idea. Salt Rock or Dragon peaks sound good. Just not Dragon Peaks in June / July please, a little chilly. 16th June "Youth" Day is a Tuesday?

Actually me too - I don't mind. Dragon Peaks must have more riding opportunities.

After attending the recent FS bash I have been toying with the idea of arranging something similar in the Underberg/Swartberg area for Sept 09. Watch this space, or in fact watch the "Planning a Ride" section.
This is not life or death. It is an internet forum.

A bash sounds good.

I'll vote berg for spring/summer and coast (preferably north coast) for winter.
