Yesterday afternoon after work I went to play with my 1200GS on the gravel back roads in the Worcester/Robertson/Vinkrivier region.
And when I stopped for a drink of water and to gather my breath.....Voila my bike's back seat is gone. I did not put it back properly after checking the tyre repair kit under the front seat.
Turned around and went looking for it but its nearly impossible to find it as there is ditches, Karoo bossies and bushes galore next to the roads. And I rode nearly 55 km before I saw its gone. Got home around 8 pm with only 7km of fuel left in the tank.
Yes stupidy has a price...... :?
