New around here - only Husky lover?
« on: January 31, 2007, 12:03:45 am »
Hi y'all, my name is Louis an I am new here. (Everyone else goes 'Hello Louis')
I have to show you pics of my new scoot. She has taken in first place and my Dakar now has to go. The Husky is definitely not a long distance bike. A literal pain in the ass on any trip longer than 50km!! Check how small the seat is. From the back she looks like a gorgeous slender babe with a big set of.....  But what a ride!

I live in Melkbos, north of Cape Town, so all you other Melkbossers, West Beachers, throw a wave when I blast past. You'll hear me before you see me!

couldn't fix my brakes so I made my horn louder

My wife has a HUSKY-SEWING MACHINE, it was f@ck!n expensive when we bought it-it's got about 2000 buttons and stuff and I think it makes coffee as well.
The bike looks awesome-congrats !!

Never had one, but the Honda 450 Black "Bomber" had a good reputation despite having hair spring valve springs.

Dad used to mention visiting our German factories on business.

Mmmm, quite nice. Ho Hum...

Actually, on 2nd glance, it's a beauty!  :D

It's nice having blokes like you local to us. See, when you start becoming familiar with it, it's gonna turn you into a nutter. This for us other few, is in fact a good thing as it gives the rozzers something else to focus their attention on.

Thanks, you're a great bloke!

Cheers
