Allways looking for back roads in Natal for weakend getaways.

Cheked out the Tugela valley on google earth and it sure looks  inviting.

If any of you guys have info on this area it would be appreciated.

Hey Offside

I know the Tugela Valley quite well, done a fair bit of riding there in the past.

Actually a group of us are going camping this weekend at Shu Shu which is at a hot spring on an island in the middle of the Tugela River.

Give us a shout and we can do a ride to the Tugela, I am in Hilton, just up the road from you.
How can I be lost if I've got nowhere to go?

Unfortunatly this weekend cant happen for me.Would like to keep in touch for more info
on the area and possably joining for a ride.Idealy would enjoy a ride with a view to meeting
at overnight stops.Wife and I fairly set in our ways (slow pace)and would not like to feel
that we are holding a group back.

I'm also in Hilton and we own property there but above Tugela Ferry -- so happy to give contacts directions and the like - we are down in the valley most weekends -- peter opperman at darkest africa at the confluence of the bushmans and tugela has a camping etc spot
