Service Manual in digital format found.

Thank you @Dux for pointing me in the right direction.

Still researching and enquiring the carb diaphram and new foam filter. Carb is the Mikuni BST33SS, which is also found on the BMW 650 Funduro, in a twin set-up.

Awaiting feedback on availability and pricing from Suzuki and Pitlane in Nelspruit.

Main and pilot jets, as well as the needle and seat, are available from MotoComp in KZN.

Well they substitute old DR750 twins with Yamaha Raptor 660/700 quad carbs, there's another alternative?

I saw this on gumtree, spares for someone
Track and Tar brought in the Djebel DR 250 as a grey import many years ago.

Those 250 Djebels are stunning bikes!

I'll give them a ring!

FCR’s are probably a better option

Lots of advantages to them , spares availability is very good and easy to tune , some other carbs on the market are tricky to get right . But for the 350 it would probably be an FCR38 from a 250 MX bike , to get the best out of it a few mods would be in order though . Across the pond in the USA they do amazing things with these bikes .

Thank you Dux! Everything on this bike is in good nick, has only been standing for long.

The biggest challenge on the stock carb is the diaphram at this stage.

Will definitely chat to my buddies for the FCR!
