Just go f***ing home with your testosterone loaded tiny tottie kompleks pissing contest. The true king of the Dakar of all times is still Yamaha proven by me in the related thread about a year ago.
Not in the mood to look for it at 4:13 AM

KTM & BMW go home!!!

It was just a question about the pic,yes Yamaha was the King of Dakar for many years but I'm sure you will agree with me that KTM has taken over the crown :deal:

... I'm sure you will agree with me that KTM has taken over the crown :deal:

AFAIK Yamaha still holds the record with most Dakar wins (nine drawn with KTM), most Dakar wins for one and the same bike (YTZ 850, six wins) and most Dakar wins for one and the same rider riding for the brand (Peterhansel, six wins). In the last two categories KTM only manages to score five wins with the LC4660R and a meagre three winners titles for the most sucessful KTM rider (Cyril Despres).
All of Yamahas titles were also won in "true" Dakar events on African soil and one even on Bloubergstrand  just down the road and not in the watered down follow up South American media spectacle. (That's my personal opinion)
