I have had this a few times now, when gearing up from 2 - 3 or 3 - 4 the gears doesn't engage during changeover or even after releasing the clutch and then after a short delay it suddenly does. This has also happened once when I geared down from 5-4. It definitely does not happen often, I only experienced it maybe once or twice, on a long run of say 200km, before. 
Does this happen to other riders as well - is it normal?
