Tiger 800xc Suspension setting for offroad

Hi Peeps

For those who currently ride the 800xc, have you played around with the rear shock suspension, if so what do you find ideal for offroad use, was looking at it the other day considered playing around with the settings but thought i would get some advise first.

I am 1.76m tall and weigh about 80kg, i know hight and weight are suppose to make a difference.

Any advice?
