2 years ago, I purchased a Vodacom SIM card at Johannesburg Airport, for my last trip. As you might guess....its run out, even though it had R150 left on it. 
I plan to return in about 2 months for another trip, my question is....
Can a foreigner still buy a SIM card, or do you need to go rent a phone and go through all the rigmaroll etc.
