Hello there.
We had a real fun day at Atlantis On Saturday.
Doug C (KLR), Socket (Varadero), JK Hunter (NXR125) and IB DT125 (DT50) joined me for a leisurely ride in the dunes.
The entrance delivered with a few difficulties as usual, but once we were in the dunes proper, the guys had a lot of fun. It was amazing to see how well these guys ride in the sand. Doug C was pushing again, and had a few offs. 2 of which were a little fast for my liking.
I slowed him down and he persisted with one particular dune again and again until he got up there, even after he fell on the first try.
Socket is as natural a rider as I have ever seen. He made the riding look easy. He had lots of fun following the laaities up and down the dunes.
The NXR and DT50 might be a little under powered, but the Laaities went everywhere we went.
