Both Red Devil and I had been in the market for bike boots for some time. We canâ??t find what we like. So we decide to go and give the BMW gear a look, smell and touch.
Saturday we went to BMW Lifestyle in Midrand and checked out the Santiago boots. We like it but as Murphyâ??s Law operateâ?¦â?Sorry sir. Your size sold outâ?
Off to Lyndhurst we went. And we stood for 30min in their lifestyle shop, telling the reception lady twice that we need assistance, but there was nobody to help. Yes, we like the Santiago boots and would have spend R6000 there but no, nobody wanted our money.
The facts
We got there about 12:10
The shop seemed open.
On the pc screensaver there was this message. â??Acknowledge the client. Nobody likes to be ignoredâ?
The reception lady walked past and we asked for assistance. She replied. â??Will look for somebody to help youâ?
Waited 20min and went to the same reception ladyâ??s desk again asked for assistance
Waited a further 10minutes.
We left.
One can only wonder.....
