As some of you may be aware, we are currently making up 30 sets of head guards for 1100/1150 and 1200 'C' bikes.

I now plan to do the same for the 1200 range (excluding DOHC), starting by designing the re-worked guards, and would like to know if there are any contacts here with CAD design experience who take take an existing PLASTIC, p-a-r-t-i-a-l head guard off of a 1200 (see picture 1) and re-work it so we have FULL protection of the cylinder head, out of cast aluminium?
I would supply left and right partial plastic guards, and would need CAD drawings
Picture 3 is of the LEFT plastic partial guard that needs 'completing'
Picture 1 and 2 is of the head guard we are currently casting for the 11xx range of bikes, but will have a similar look/feel on the 1200's.
