I am yet to try it, my helmet was replaced as part of an insurance claim after I collided with a pedestrian, and the bike is still being repaired.
I will do a review as soon as I have been able to test it.
I have a matt black and orange Nolan X-lite available for you at R 3 750, or a Silver Shoes Hornet for R 3 000. Both have been used about 20 times, and are still in excellent condition. I am in Gauteng but can make a plan to courier it to KZN.

I have one, and it is indeed the quietest, most comfortable helmet I have ever used. All the positive reviews on the internet is spot on for this helmet.
I paid R169 000 for it in November last year.
With the Scott steering dampner, Wings exhausts, bashplate and SW Motech pannier brackets I am looking at R155 000.00 neg.
What are you thinking of spending? I purchased my 990 Adv R last year November. Currently it has about 800 kms on the odo. A friend of mine has a first option on the bike and is working on his finances to make up his mind.

I can highly recommend them. Comfortable to wear all day, and does an excellent job in protecting your knees. If I remember correctly Leatt's head office is in Cape Town, give them a call they are usually quite clued up with regards to stock etc.
