To add to this, my pre-load adjuster just spins around without doing anything. Does this perhaps mean that it's threaded? It's set in the soft position, so have been riding like a chopper whenever I pack any luggage (girlfriend) on... Would be nice to be a bit higher. Thoughts? Cheers
