F650GS : Suspension Preload Adjuster Stuck

Hi Everyone, My F650GS suspension preload adjuster is stuck in the high position. I found 2-3 guys on the F650.com site who has the same problem. My shock is still fine.

Does anyone have the same problem? How did you solve it?

I got some prices for a new shock BMW (R10300.00) Ohlins(R10500.00). 

I am fine riding with the adjuster on the high position. Should I worry about it?
