Good day Sorry for the late introduction, but I have a weakish good excuse( I initially tried my startup on the forum from my home PC, which due to a lack of PC experience and very slow internet did not work out as planned, I then tried from my work PC, which did not work out either, long story...

My engine guard and bashplate mountings cracked through on the right side, this is one of the reasons I am looking at other options, Givi looks a bit flimsy to me and Rumbux looks like its gonna interfere with my knees against the tank(long legs)

BFG- I dont have a picture of the fitted bashplate, but have now established that it is a SW-Motech from internet pics. imo- According to Rumbux the current bash plate is not compatible with their crashbar.

Thanks Amalotzi BFG, no I don't have the original plastic engine guard any more, the alluminium one currently fitted to the bike I think is a Yamaha model because I can't find any reference to another brand name on it, bought the bike secondhand so I dont know who fitted what ?

Crashbar ???: I want to fit a crashbar to my XTZ, I can only find the Rumbux model on the net, but it is not compatible with the Yamaha bashplate and engine guard, so I need to buy the full Rumbux unit consisting of the bashplate; engine guard and crashbar. Has this topic perhaps been covered...

GSGM, thanks for the info, I called them yesterday before posting, they tod me they don't stoch Hydenau at all. Called them again today after your reply, same answer, I think you maybe looked at a Mitas E07, the tread patern is exactly the same as a Hydenau K60, dont know who copied who ?

I am looking for a Hydenau K60 90/90-21 front tyre, cant find any outlet in Centurion that stocks these tyres, please help  :peepwall:
