Awesome bike. Looking back I am glad I opted for the 1200. I would strongly advise that anyone in the same kind of situation also do the BMW rider training first, as I would not have had the confidence to ride the 1200 if I did not do the training first. Sent from my GT-P5100 using Tapatalk

Thanks. What would be the easiest way to differentiate between the 2007 spec and 2008 spec on the 1200GS? A bike registered in 2008 is not neccessarily a 2008 spec 1200, as there were apparently some changes introduced in 2008. Sent from my GT-P5100 using Tapatalk

Hi, I have found a 2008 R1200GS with 76000km on the clock.  It is yellow in color. The bike has 2 x panniers, a topbox, spotlights and light protector on. I am not sure if the ESA, ASC, ABS and Heated grips were standard on these bikes, but it also has that on.  Maybe someone can clarify...
