I have twice had Outsurance tell me a vehicle was "uneconomical to repair". A few years ago, a bike, repairs were approx. 75% of insured value. I chose to get paid out 70% of insured value, less excess, and repaired it privately for half the payout value. E.g. respray tank rather than replace...

OK, after a failed delivery attempt on Thursday, they arrived at home today. So, you can collect during the day (typically 9-4 to be safe) in Sandton (cnr West & Katherine) or after 5 (typically) in Willow Acres, Pretoria East. I take the Gautrain so dropping off en-route is a bit difficult...
