@zebra - I would also be interested in these racks. Anything that bolts to a 640 adv will also bolt to my 625 (just about anything anyway)

Thanks Zebra, yes I do plan to try find a bigger tank (the 640 Adventure one fits if I get the 640 seat too) and get some soft luggage. Maybe throw on a set of 50/50 tyres too. The 640 and the 625 are almost identical aside from tank, fairing, seat and fuel pump so parts are interchangeable.
