Definitely check the must do mods out on the adv site. Other people have had the fan problem. Can't remember what it was from though. Search the adv site and you should find it. Best of luck!

Someone made a once off run of brass spacers at some point; haven't heard of anything since then. The brass wears out too quickly anyway. Best route is to get the steel ones from sheffelmeier if you got the cash.

Oil filter and washer  = R236.36 Don't remember the exact oil BMW sells you but it is some generic 4T from Castrol I think. You can probably come right about the touratech fuel lines on the ADV site. Remember some guys talking about it once.

I would take the airfilter out and feel the airbox underneath it for dust. Will give an indication if dirt has been sifting through the airfilter.

I also had foam in my oil when I got my BMX. After an oil change I have not had it again. I suspect it was also a case of overfilling the bike.
