Also, if hellopeter doesn't work, give the Insurance industry Ombudsman's office a call.
That tends to light a fire under the ass of the insurance co's.

Here's an idea.
Instead of breaking off mirrors, why don't you ride past and stick a post-it note to the window as you go past?
One that goes 'Thanks for using your mirrors and indicators, appreciate it! :)' or something else like that.

is an incredibly arrogant attitude. A SUV driver could similarly argue that it's his right to drive his SUV straight at motorcyclists.
It is your right to ride a bike, yes, but it is your responsibility to obey the rules of the road. It's a contract you enter in to - in order to use the...

confiscate the bike and the rider's license, bar him from riding or driving a motor vehicle for 5 years.
300 km/h == 83 m/s, give or take a few cm.

On a bike? I think you...
I'm pretty sure the ABS unit keeps some sort of historical data; it needs to compare current tyre rotation speed against previous tyre rotation speed; so I assume it keeps some running log of speeds (or at least the tyre rotation speed of the last couple of test cycles).
Otherwise I can't think...
Check your rims and bearings. If they're damaged they could cause issues.
Did your old tyres develop flat spots or unusual wear patterns anywhere?
Sounds like there's something mechanical wrong, if it's happening at a particular speed. Implies some sort of mechanical resonance.
