It is a pain, but once you get the hang of it it is quite easy......as far as I can remember: - fully open the visor - pull back on the tab - line up the lug on the visor with the opening of the tab - push the visor down and towards the centre of the helmet - the lug should pop up and out Hope...

I sometimes think what was in the helmet came off worst!!! :imaposer: :lol8: :pot:
