Ok ... I took the bike in for inspection at KTM dealer. they told me that it is not only the spring load adjuster that's not functioning but there is also no rebound damping. So the shock is faulty. so I think I should look for a decent place to rebuild the shock or replace it. Here in East...

I have a Tourtech aluminum top box on a KTM 1290 SAT. Somehow the nuts on the little locks vibrated out and are now lost. I need two. Nowhere can I find equivalent ones and the genuine ones are ridiculously priced. I thought someone might have a smashed Tourtech top box laying around or might...

This worked for me on my 1190s ... it just depends how far apart you can fasten ties onto the trailer corners ... this effects the tie angles and would determine if its going to touch bike bodywork

When i tried that on my 1190s the paint came off the crash bars
