Adventure riding and comuting which constitutes the broader market and I think which the XC is targeted for and competition for the Twin , the wider crank is negligable in terms of good or bad , I use my twin to do both comuting and adventure riding . If a Pro enduro rider explained the pro's...

I love my GS and know what it is capable of and by no means a technical expert , Why would the wider crank on the XC as opposed to the shorter crank on the twin be bad on Dirt ? I found the handling in corners , potholes and ruts easier at higher speed to handle .

Good write up Sweetspot...but did you have an ABS equipped model? Afaik they are not in production yet... Yes felt immediately comfotable on it , would need handlebar raiser's in a standing position , what impressed me most was how quickly the handling gave you confidence , it's easy to ride...

The Demo bike Tiger XC FWM gave me Saturday morning . I went with no expectations just to ride the XC same as I ride my GS. Mirrors is better positioned than my 800 gs , old school flicker on/off button on the XC , prefer my GS's indicator controls . Handlebars is a bit shorter in width on...

To travel fulltime is definitely on my agenda , so many places to see and people to meet ,  I have to say for the price payed inc. a bag of wood and charcoal and the farm setting , was well worth it , if you are considering riding the area it will be a great base to do it from. And if I may...

One of the great features they used on the farm is an old Cement dam and converted it in to a big Lapa !

Very nice people , they are upgrading their facilities and the excitement Celeste had we she gave us the tour was definitely to be appreciated , an ideal place for an overnighter .
