We're planning a trip from JHB to Mont Aux Sources from Wednesday. Plan is to leave JHB mid morning and take a ride through to MAS by way of Sterkfontein Dam (hopefully get a swim in). Next day (Thursday) we'll head in to Normandien pas, Memel area and try play around there as much as possible...

Limacon - that's not a bad idea. We did have a more-or-less route planned, and I don't think we did anything that you couldn't find on the main tracks. Everything was pretty straight forward. I'll plan some GPS routes and send em through though

I'm on 40,000KM. I can't think of a specific event that would have caused this - Unless I've been riding with them like this for the past few weeks and they've been shot to shit... Thanks for the links to that site - checking it out now.

I just got a quote from the dealership to service my bike - R40,000! The main cost seems to be the braking components. new discs and new rear brake calipers. The calipers alone are in the R20,000 region. Anyone else had any experience with this?
