I actually left the silver insulation in place during the bandsaw cutting, then used a trimming knife and cut about 6mm back from the new edge... Tidy as.!! Greg.

That cover was easy to cut down.. I laid some masking tap on the surface to mark the cut line, and cut it in a woodworking bandsaw. I then drilled and cut the inner area with a copping saw and smoothed the edges of with a scraper. Although I have ridden the last 6 months without the exhaust...

I currently run a 140 Heidi on the rear and 100 Mefo on the front as we dont have access to the new style Scouts yet. I find them really good on hard pack dirt and gravel roads but havent done any sand or mud yet... That should change in the next month or so when we get some rain here. All in...
