Some L/H side pics Buelligan... Only mobile phone pics but still reasonable quality. I am just running with the OEM plastic sump guard at the moment. I dont think I mentioned before - The Woody's Wheel Work's 21" & 18" combination accepts the OEM wheel sensors therefore retains full ABS/TCS...

They are X-vision "Solstice" 10w LED units banked together (come with joiner plates) in a group of three. I got them from www.motorradgarage.com.au here in West Aus. Incredibly white and bright lights - I love em... I simply laser-cut and pressed a stainless bracket to mount the group. The same...

No bash plate at the moment Bundu. i had to remove the S.W.Motech unit as it bends slightly forward from the oilfilter to a point where the 21" tyre (I originally got a black wheel from Woody) would have come in contact with it at full suspension movement. ,,,and here's the compressed view...

No effect on panniers (including standard yamaha units), ass, or legs.. I always put the exhaust shield (+pillion pegs obviously) on when the missus is coming out for a ride. This is one very tiny wife and you can see that her ankles are still well protected from the heat. Bit of a moot point in...

I actually left the silver insulation in place during the bandsaw cutting, then used a trimming knife and cut about 6mm back from the new edge... Tidy as.!! Greg.

That cover was easy to cut down.. I laid some masking tap on the surface to mark the cut line, and cut it in a woodworking bandsaw. I then drilled and cut the inner area with a copping saw and smoothed the edges of with a scraper. Although I have ridden the last 6 months without the exhaust...

I currently run a 140 Heidi on the rear and 100 Mefo on the front as we dont have access to the new style Scouts yet. I find them really good on hard pack dirt and gravel roads but havent done any sand or mud yet... That should change in the next month or so when we get some rain here. All in...
