Francois Toegegee, my voorste banddruk was 2.1 bar en ek stem saam dis die oorsaak, maar met die gewone Metzeler Tourances het ek al telkemaal dieselfde pad met dieselfde banddruk gery en dit NOOIT so ervaar nie- daar moet 'n ontwerp-verandering met die EXP's wees wat na my mening op 'n swaarder...

I had Metzeler Tourance tyres on my 2008 Adventure and was extremely happy with them on and off-road. They were nearing replacement and I had a set of Karoo's which I fitted for a trip which included Baviaans. We did alot of fast tar-riding as well and that caused alot of wear on the rear karoo...

Get an Adventure - a red one like mine. O, and don't wheelie every time you pull off. Good luck with the ankle, Buddy !! WERNER

We are actually lucky to live in the most beautiful country on this planet. Petrol price going up as it is, maybe we can do something to promote the good old RSA as biking-heaven to the world. Maybe one day we can have some bikers in parliament and make this adventure-paradise. WERNER

Ok, I read it all and there are many opinions -here is mine: To me they are heroes - cause after watching LWR for the first time I traded my Dakar (which never went off-road) for a 1200GS - went for BMW basic off-road training with a brand new bike (80km on clock), fell my arse off about 4 times...
