I used duct tape to cover the hinges and to form a double seal on the front so that the wind cant force water or dust in. Go for it guys. It works well and look cool.

Very simple to make the jerrycan paniers I used a 1mm cutting disc thats used to cut stainless steel. The best ones are the one from Carborundum. Its called a Inox disc for angle grinder. 115mm x 1mm. Draw lines with a felt marker and cut. You can see clearly on the BMW from Sedgefield the line...
