I want to know if there is a road from Prince Alfred Hamlet to Tulbagh over the mountain. I see on Google earth a road path called Witzenberg to Tulbagh. But it seems to go over private farm land (Farm called Ouplaas) Please tell me if it is possible to go down that road. Thanks AndreB
