Life in America - We made the move.

But you installed a breaker and connected directly into the switchboard? Also on the geni, if you can afford it, install a change over switch - it can only be main/gen/off to avoid any potential back feeding and boom. They are not that expensive - NZ I can get one for around $50-$100 depending...

nah, not affirmative action to be fair - its their business model, pay less wages for less experience or willing staff, which in return they can charge less markup on materials. We have the same 2 stores in NZ - Bunnings, great prices and great availability - but don't expect steller service...

Motorbike Accessories Supplier - Taking the PI55

So they have "stock" as in they can make it on request. Thats different then actually having them in stock and being able to delivery by 10am the next morning. This is blatant false advertising and misleading. Depending how far you want to take it, you can report them to the NCC -...

    Auf geht's nach Deutschland 🇩🇪

you get use to it - all CBD's in NZ is now 30, school zones are 30, or 10 if a school bus is parked. 50 is the norm speed and 70-80 for most motorways. Only the national roads (and very small portions of them) are a 100. It does take a while to change the time math - I still sometimes have to do...

Is that fiber Gary? I wish we could get fiber, but because we are rural and only 1 of 2 people living down this road (even though the main fiber run is only 500m away) we need to pay to have the fiber installed if we want it - $35k - thanks but no thanks.

and got fed up with our rural supplier of interwebs - now we paying money towards Elon Musks funds... Tested it on the grass to check speeds and then quickly last night after work mounted it on the roof - cable is now in the ceiling, just need to route it to my IT shelf.

If I haven't said it, wood is fooken expensive in NZ - it was 50% cheaper to just buy a galvanised structure. It's now in its temp spot until we finalise the land next to us, then it will move. I will most likely buy another one to make the chooks space bigger. All in all, this took 10 hours to...
