Anyone have a Clymer manual for this bike, 1982 XR200R. Thanks.

Don`t paint the bolts, rather have them electroplated black. Paint will just come off when you tighten or loosen the bolts with a spanner. Just my 2c worth.

Most boat/yacht shops in Paarden Eiland  have ACF 50 and corrosion block as well.

Check out ACF50 aswell.

Looking for a countershaft for `06 KDX, must have good splines for sprocket. I believe `89 to `06 are the same. Thanks

Johnstons engineering in/near University Estate should be able to help u , i have all my single cylinder bores rebored/honed there but i`m sure they can do your cylinders as well. sorry dont have their tel no on hand. p.s. does sometimes take a week or two or three to get it back from them!!

Thanks Dux, must be a reason for the diff size holes tho, I assume there would be a bit more oil pres to the head if I put the bolt with the smaller hole at the head. Those cams are hard to find and would`nt want to ruin one by putting the wrong bolt in the wrong place.

Hi all, wonder if anyone can help, the external oil feed pipe to the head on my XR500RE (RFVC Motor) has two banjo bolts with different size oil holes , namely 2mm and 3mm holes, which one goes where?, I am assuming the 2mm one at the head and the 3mm one at the casing, is this correct? Honda...
