Please help My bike does not want to start at all during  cold temps - such as in the morning. It might start at midday but in the morning it will just swing but not start. Once started, I have no further problems.  If I stop and start again within a short enough period the bike will start...

A lot of the  cellphones come equipped with a-gps. Is this a proper gps or some kind of  "chinese" equivalent? Is this something that can stand alone or is it a cell network dependant solution?  ??? ??? While you busy answering: :peepwall: can you install Garmaps or T4A on a cell with a-gps? 

The issue came up in another thread but was not really answered. So, if the gurus could please share their collective knowledge. What can go wrong if the chain is too tight - that is besides the fact that the chain can strecth. Can it cause any other serious problems/damage ?
