I have a pair of MIVV cans I bought from a guy on Wildog for my XT 660. Work like a charm and takes off a huge amount of weight. Long roads though I would rather put the inserts in that take it down a decibel or two. Does anyone know where I can get these inserts ? Appreciated in advance...

Folks my two passion Fly fishing (Trout, Bass, Yellows and Barbel)...has or does anyone on the site combine the two , in and around Gauteng. If so and if possible I would love to join for a days riding and fishing ...especially if it contains many dirt roads!

I had the same on a XR650R when I put an aggressive Enduro tire on the back... the knoblley raised the back enough for it to affect the "rake" of the bike. I loosend the triple clamps and push the forks down about 3mm ie: raised the front of the bike up by 3mm . Headshake gone. So try playing...

I have a XT660R 2007 model and I have aftermarket cans on it. I find a lot of "hoes en poep" when decelerating. I hear that if one removes the AIS pipe from the airbox and blocks it it is supposed to cut out the backfiring and popping almost 99%. Has anyone on the forum done it?...if so what...
