I have a XT660R 2007 model and I have aftermarket cans on it. I find a lot of "hoes en poep" when decelerating. I hear that if one removes the AIS pipe from the airbox and blocks it it is supposed to cut out the backfiring and popping almost 99%. Has anyone on the forum done it?...if so what were the results?
