Not sure how to describe it but the stiffener/base in bags like tog-bags/gym-bags. It will have to be custom sized, medium quantities not thousands and thousands. Any ideas what companies to look at or maybe there is a member in that sort of game?

Otter was or similar if you can find it, I  use it for boots and my oilskin jacket.
