Bag base supplier needed Johannesburg

Not sure how to describe it but the stiffener/base in bags like tog-bags/gym-bags.
It will have to be custom sized, medium quantities not thousands and thousands.

Any ideas what companies to look at or maybe there is a member in that sort of game?
