Thanks too all for great advice. Tyre pressure seems to be the major problem. DONT trust the garage around the corners' gauge. Tyres were hopelessly under inflated and problem accentuated with a square run down back tyre. Cheers to a fantastic site and great camaraderie.

Previous bikes: 650 Dakar & Honda TA. The bike does the same irrespective of the direction of turn. Tyres: Front : New Bridgestone Trailwing, back Anakee. Direction of rotation is correct. I am going to check my tyre pressure again. What do you recommend as practical pressure?- the specifcation...

Bought 1150GS recently (2000 model). When turning (low speed), the bike tends to turn into the turn - I actually have to hold the bike back from turning too sharp. Where do I start looking?
