The weather is really screwed up lately but traditionally we receive more wind during Aug/Sept.  we haven't had a lot of that yet.  The desert region is normally more windy in the afternoon than inland. So, nobody will be able to tell you when the wind will blow... Sorry mate Just get on yer...
