even an organised ride at 40km p hr will get noticed, we should really make this a definate plan, stop talking but take action, otherwise we will chat forever without results. So any suggestions, get in touch I will reply to all.....

Just passed Malibongwe road (45min ago), a biker went down on Malibongwe & CR Swart/Rocky Road. Could not stop, loads of police, Fire brigade just left and Ambulance on site. Bike was already loaded onto a police bakkie. Sand on the road to cover I suppose petrol etc. Hope he / she is ok.

Real good points and idea, fully support this.... Would suggest to start getting momentum anyone knows any other bikers, email, sms them if they not on here. Then we can org to get together and discuss the "attack" plans.

4 - RainerZA Agree with the approach, it´s not going to help if we do this in a disorg. fashion, preparedness is best, almost like having a business plan, otherwise we will fail from the outset or the very least not gain enough momentum.

CORRECT! After all don´t most of us do the toy run every year! Should not be too difficult to org a protest run...I am kewl with getting involved not only talking about it.

As I said b4, our fellow citizens know how to Toi Toi, Strike and protest for sometimes even much less than this, so can we all that´s needed is a united stand against this and stick to it, let´s see how long the police, government can control all vehicles without plates! All without becoming...

I would fully support the suggestion to org a protest ride, so LET´S DO IT!!!!!!! I am in...........understand your frustration as I will also "face" to fork out extra going to Midrand, not as much as you though. The least I would expect for our money is then a dedicated and marked bike lane.

Precicely what I think as well, if my toll fee´s ARE getting used for the upkeep of roads all good and fair, if the $ land in some foreign f.f.´s bank account so he/she can build a nice dream home etc, I rather go and light a cigar with my cash. What I agree on 100% is the unfair treatment of...

Some is correct some is somewhat silly I suppose, but yes....looking for alternative routes is one option, still it does not solve the overall issue. Personally I think we are to complacent when it comes to fighting what we believe in, and some people know how to make use of this and eventually...

With reference to the past discussions on Toll fee´s I like to (and sure I do that with fellow bikers in mind too) air my frustration and shake my head over the so called generous reductions in proposed toll fee´s. Let´s compare, shall we; For example a minibus taxi with hopefully 4 wheels...
