M12 Stellenboch Arterial in blackheath! Just drove past in cage... Speed biker by the looks of things! Not covered, but did not see any movement either! Looks like he tboned a car that turned accross the road or something ??? Woman was waling as I drove past, so can't be good! Anyone with more info?! Strongs to the family!
