I've been having this every now and then when the ignition got wet, but with Q20 it always went back to normal.
The issue is that when I turn the ignition to 'off' the engine happily keeps on going and all the lights stay on as if I still have the ignition on.
I can kill the engine with the kill switch, the lights and all the rest stays on as normal.
Can even start the bike again (looks like the EWS only reset once the ignition is turned off).
I eventually got it off by disconnecting the battery
20 minutes and lots of Q20 later and it still goes on when I reconnect the battery with the switch in 'off'.
How easy is it to remove the ignition barrel to have a squiz in there or do I 'maar' have to make the trip to Johnson & Johnson and the BMW dealership ?
