I wanted to sell these as part of my bike, but decided to let it go seperately. I have a GSA now and these don't fit. 
The panniers are in good condition (with a very slight dent in one - almost not noticeable).
The bag is still in good condition, except for the zip 'handles' (the little grips you grab to open or close the zip) that I has to replace with tie strips - thank you BMW for making a strong zip, but crappy zip 'handles'.
