Hi Gents,
I have been looking at the 1290 SAR...and considering to join team orange. I am specifically interested in the models from 2017 to 2020.
Since the bike has been on the market for some time and is more affordable in the 2nd hand market now... is there any issues with reliability? Whats the cost of ownership like? Must have accessories or aftermarket parts? I have seen the steering damper is a huge plus because it has so much poweeeer on road!
I like to do a bit off everything off-road. Just dont want to be stuck and stranded in the middle of nowhere since I drive alone most of the time.
I cant find any detailed reports on the web in regards to reliability.
Any input would be appreciated.
