Wheel part of a set of which I only need the front setup.

18 inch excel wheel.  Anodized blue. Definitely not new. But no smileys. Spokes look great. Comes with a virtually new tyre.
Sale also includes the complete hydraulic brake system. Master cylinder,  reservoir,  and caliper. With hoses.
