It's with a heavy heart, that I put my machine up for sale. It's that time, and I need to get a car - so the bike has to go (for now).
I have a 1998 R1100GS with 94000km on the clock, located in Pietermaritzburg, KZN.
The price is R39k negotiable.
She doesn't have any extras, but does have the full toolkit - and I will include all the extra tools I've bought over the years for servicing her.
Mechanically, she is absolutely perfect. The body work is also good save for a spot on the tank (It used to be rust, but after treating it it hasn't spread at all). She runs like a beast.
I have a mostly intact service history (the beginning years are sadly lost). The ECU was replaced last year, and the Hall Effect Sensors were replaced not too long ago either.
